Where We Are Building
The Pecos UltraClean Refining Project is located in Pecos County, Texas, in the heart of the Permian Basin, the most prolific oil-producing region in North America.
The location places the refinery within the basin that produces its feedstock and inside the West Texas market that consumes its primary product. The site also has rail optionality via the TXPF short line, with access to three Class I carriers.
